XSAIA exists to help close that divide by equipping decision-makers with the structural intelligence, governance discipline, and future-ready capability required to lead responsibly through volatility.
We are an AI and space governance advisory firm supporting boards, C-suite leaders, investors and frontier organisations making high-stakes decisions in AI, aerospace, space-enabled technologies and systemic risk. Founded by Dr Layla Dillon, XSAIA provides Chief AI Officer advisory, board workshops, executive coaching, mentoring, strategic counsel and leadership development for complex, high-consequence environments.
